Shipping of your order
Information about shipping costs EU
Our orders are delivered by POSTNL parcel service. All products of Lucky Birds are sent as packages and therefore cannot be delivered to your mailbox.
Incorrect data
When creating an account or confirming your order, you are responsible for the correct address information. If you enter incorrect information (such as house number, postal code) when returning the package to Lucky Birds, only the products will be credited. If you still want to receive the package you have to pay the shipping costs again. If the package was delivered postage paid, the cost of (return) shipping in NL will be reduced on credit.
Delivery
We have most popular items in stock. Items that are directly available from our stock will be delivered within 3-5 business days in the Netherlands. The longest delivery time of products is 10 working days.
Delivery for multiple items
When you order multiple items at once we will do our best, if possible, all at once to deliver to you. In that case, the delivery time of your entire order will be equal to that of the item with the longest delivery time. If you prefer to have all items delivered independently of each other you can indicate this in 'Comments' when checking your order.
Missing delivery
If a product is missing from your order you must report this within 24 hours of delivery via email (welkom@geluks-vogels.com). The product which is missing will be credited by us through the methods of payment. Manco items will NOT be resent.
Durable with packaging
If possible we try to use the outer packaging (boxes) several times. This way we try to help the environment. A simple step to contribute to the environment. Lucky Birds products are packed in sustainable packaging. The buckets are 100% recyclable.
