What does Luck Birds do with my data?
After the order, Geluksvogels only keeps the personal data for you and does not do anything else with your data. In addition, Lucky Birds keeps you informed about actions and offers by email.

How do I contact you about my invoices or payments?
If you have a question about your payments or invoices and you cannot find the answer on this page or on the 'Frequently Asked Questions' tab, you can send your question to welkom@geluks-vogels.com for quick and proper handling. Please include the following information:
  • The order or invoice number
  • The amount paid
  • Date of payment
  • The account number to which you transferred the amount
  • The payment reference on your statement
  • The bank account you used
  • The name of the account holder
  • How can I get a copy of my invoice? 
For your records, you can print an exact copy of your invoice yourself. You will find a copy of the invoice in your email after placing your order. If you have lost your invoice or if you would like a copy, please send an email to welkom@geluks-vogels.com. Please clearly state your personal details and your address. An invoice will be sent to your email within 3 working days.

*Data on a copy invoice cannot be changed or adapted.

Shipping costs
Our shipping costs are for delivery addresses in the Netherlands at a flat rate of € 6.00 up to a weight of 20 kilos. For shipping costs abroad, please contact customer service. If you come to pick up your products you can enter the discount code pick up. The discount of the shipping costs will then be settled immediately.

Where can I make a complaint?
Lucky Birds considers quality of paramount importance. Do you have a complaint about Lucky Birds? Please send an email to welkom@geluks-vogels.com and clearly explain your complaint. Your complaint will be dealt with and resolved as quickly as possible. You will always receive a reply from Lucky Birds. For more information see Complaints.
